Dr Visit
We just got back from the Dr. and found out she has an ear infection, no wonder she's been running temps. Other than that I would have never known, she acted normal and didn't pull or tug on her ears. Oh well glad I took her in. We also did part of her well check-up. We found out she weighs 24lbs (90th percentile) and is 31 1/2 in. (over the 100th). She is also developmentally on track. We skipped the shots today considering she already doesn't feel good. Those 3 come next week. Hope everyone is doing well.
Ella's 1
We were looking at turtles!
It's been awhile since she's been in the pool, she was a little unsure of it right away. I think she enjoyed it though!
She did not like her hat! It was super cute though.
She got this Backyardigans sofa from G&G Vondal, she loves it!
Sorry I didn't post last week, this pregnancy is starting to hit me full force. Although, I still have more good days than bad days. We were also busy planning Ella's birthday party and getting ready for our weekend away. She had a wonderful party with some little girls and some of our friends/neighbors. She had fun with her smash cake although she didn't dig into until she fully examined it and poked it for awhile. The party was Friday late afternoon and that night I realized Ella had a fever. We were thinking it was just her teeth and no big deal, gave her tylenol, and put her to bed early. In the morning she still had a fever, gave more tylenol, and was on our way to Cinncinatti for a Reds baseball game. The weather was gorgeous 78, sunny and breezy. Ella acted completely normal with Tylenol on board. We went to our hotel after the game so she could nap and than went out to eat and went to bed early cause we all had a long day. On Sunday- her birthday, we went swimming and had breakfast in the hotel. We got ready and left for the aquarium. She loved it! We got ice cream afterwards to celebrate her birthday and came home. We slept most the way home, it felt good. She finally broke her fever Sunday night so I was super happy but last night was rough. She just didn't sleep well so we are going to the Doctors today. Otherwise I think and hope she had a wonderful birthday. We all had fun! I can't believe she is 1 already.

Baby
She crawled on Madi all by herself and Madi didn't even move. What a good puppy.
She likes to rest and fall asleep on daddy's chest.
Ella is telling Aiden all about the ducks. :)
Well we wanted to let everyone know that Ella is going to be a big sister, another baby is soon expected for the Lindahl family. We are very excited and can't wait to do it all over again. We had a wonderful Easter and told both our families the news via webcam so this time we got to see their reaction. Each of our families were stunned and didn't expect it so it was a great Easter surprise. Ella had the cutest Easter dress, I usually don't like her in puffy dresses but that one was super cute on her. She still has no teeth although you can see the white tip of one of them, so very close, although I think I say that every week. So who knows! Same with the walking thing, she takes about 5 or 6 steps and that it. So close on that one, too. Maybe by her 1 year birthday she will accomplish walking and get her 2 bottom teeth in. She got her 1st color crayons and book from the Easter bunny, although she decided she would rather color on herself. So I hope this finds everyone doing well.

Happy Easter
We are sad not to be spending this Easter with any family but Ella is prepared with a beautiful dress. I actually have to work for awhile on Sunday but we'll still have time to go to church and than have a nice Easter dinner. Last week we went to her
1st Easter egg hunt she didn't know what to think of that. She did get 5 eggs but was too busy watching all the other kids running around. She also got to sit on the Easter Bunny, she didn't cry but sure wasn't comfortable sitting on his lamp so she didn't smile for the pic. She has been pretty fussing and having temp. due to teething but still no teeth. She still can't walk alone but has taken about 5 steps alone, we're getting closer. It's hard to do anything lately she has been so tired, I think she is growing like a weed. Her hair has gotten so long and we can tell that she has really gotten taller in the last couple weeks. Well I wish everyone safe travels and a Happy Easter.

Another Week
First time in the grass. She didn't like it!
I'm on my potty :o)
Just hangin around!
First time I used a fork.
We were putting together her potty and she fell into it. She was not happy but I had to get a picture.
Forgot to post this last week! It's a good one with grandpa.
Well another week has come and gone, thank god it was way too busy for me. Work and hockey games, nothing to exciting. Ella has done more firsts- she has eaten with a fork, has gotten her 1st potty, and has sat/crawled on the grass. She is teething but still NO teeth and is soo close to taking her first step all by herself. We are getting excited for her 1st birthday. We plan to go to Cinncinnati and go to a baseball game(of course, daddy's idea) and than to a big aquarium. We also are staying at a nice hotel with a pool, so she will enjoy that. Life is going great, weather here is finally starting to warm up and feel like spring and our baby girl is not going to be a baby anymore. Hope all is staying warm in the snowny ND!

Wonderful Week
Ella's enjoying the fish!
Grandma was spinning me around in the highchair.
Daddy thought it would be cute to give her a sip, well she didn't get any but it sure looks cute.
Happy St. Patricks Day
Ella's first time in a booster seat. She didn't care where she was at she was eating ice cream at the DQ.
Ella was scared but grandpa thought it was cute and funny.
Our visitors left on Sunday morning and I miss them lots already. We had a wonderful time, grandma and grandpa got to experience some of her firsts- we went to the park and went swinging and down the slide and we also went to the zoo. She really enjoyed that, she liked the fish the best. Otherwise, we just hung out at our house. Didn't do too much shopping because dad was with but that's ok I can shop anytime. Grandma and Grandpa really enjoyed Ella's expressions and her finger pointing. She talks with her fingers and her face. It's so cute! The sad thing is that I am not sure when I will see them again. :o( Well the week ahead of us is real busy so that should keep me occupied. Well I hope all is doing well and my thoughts and prayers are with those near the Red River, hope the water doesn't rise to high.
