Eva's 2!

Happy birthday to me!
My lil baker, a b-day present from Sammy.
Our house with the xmas lights...Even Evan couldn't reach the peak on the right side of the house hence the reason we put the lights on the bushes.
Eva's wearing her b-day presents. A hat from Grandma Donna and an apron from Auntie Hopie.
And another hat picture of her cheesin.
My lil cupcake!
Happy Birthday girls. Eva couldn't wait till the b-day song was over...her candles were blown out right away.
The girls with daddy on Eva's b-day night.
Mommy and Eva!
Ella was helping daddy untangle the lights. It was almost 60 degrees this weekend, beautiful!
Ella took this pic of daddy hanging up the lights.
Ella with her new lions.
The girls and Santa. The girls were so excited to see him, even though Ella doesn't look like it! Eva was walking up to him and turned to Evan and I and opened her mouth wide, like she couldn't believe he was real and she could sit on his lap.
Sisterly love! Best pic ever.
Another hug!
The girls helping daddy assemble the tree stand!

Well we had a wonderful b-day weekend. I didn't work Friday overnight so I could have energy to make Eva's birthday magical. It was on the Saturday, 3rd! We had breakfast with Santa and than went out to eat pizza and opened presents and had cupcakes at home. Sunday we had her bday party with another little girl, Ivy who will be 3. We went mini-bowling and played in the arcade, everyone had a great time. Ella was crabby and was crying because she wanted 3 pieces of cake, she is definitely my child. Too funny! During the week (Monday) we drove an hr. to see some old friends. We miss them terribly and had a wonderful time. Tuesday we downtown to Firefly cafe which is an indoor play area for kids, they had a marvelous time! I worked on Wednesday and then Thursday, Ella rode the school bus home for the 1st time. She had such a great time and loves the bus! I was so proud of her! I went out that evening with girlfriends for dinner/drinks. Friday we just stayed home until Ella went to school and then I went to work for the evening! We had a great week decorating the house and celebrating Eva's birthday. Oh and we just booked flights for G&G Vondal to come and visit over the New years. We are so excited to see them, we haven't seen them since July.

SIckies

Today we went to visit old friends who moved an hr. away. It wa so nice to see them and spend time with them. They were actually all sitting but it only lasted for about 5 min.
Daddy took the girls to a light parade on Friday when I had to work.
Another lighted float. They had fun but there were lots of people there so Ella had to sqeeze her way through the crowds so she could see and Eva sat on daddy's neck.
We went to the park after our Thanksgiving meal to run it off.
Ho Ho Ho!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Sisterly love!
p90x is sure making daddy strong.
Ella has fake nails on!
All bundled up on a not so cold night! She loves to wear her hat and gloves but not for too long!

Well we had a wonderful Thanksgiving day but as you can see on the table was PB because thats all my daughters wanted to eat. Ugh! I can't believe I spent all day cooking for just Evan and I. Well I guess Eva ate a few bites of stuffing/sweet potatoes but filled up on bread/PB. This weekend we layed low because I worked an extra shift and we went Black Friday shopping which started at 12am on Friday morning. We did it for the experience and that was it, unsure if we'll ever do it again, it was crazy! We did find some good deals but didn't buy anything big to save anything significant. So we were a little exhausted and to top it off Evan got sick on Saturday after he played 2 hrs of BB. He felt better by Sunday night already but he definitly felt sore from playing, he hurt his back and can tell he's getting older. The week went well but after I was sick last Wed and Thurs. I was ready to get out of the house. We made it to a friends house on Monday to play and on our way into the house Ella puked so we turned around and went home. It was short lived for her too and she was such a big girl about knowing where to puke and when it was coming. Such a difference from the last time she was sick. Eva has yet to get sick and I hope she doesn't bc it will be a mess! Although thinking back she was the 1st one to puke but only puked once. So who knows! I just hope this is the only sickness of the winter/fall season. We went to the library once last week and the girls both loved it, its been awhile since we went because Ella's in school now. Ella will soon be riding the bus so Eva and I can run a few errands after we drop her off and then be home when she gets home. It will be so much easier and Ella's super excited about it! I'm also excited to get the chance to spend some quality time with Eva. Evan and I went out for a date night on Wednesday, we went for dinner at the Olive Garden and went to the new Twilight movie...it was so good! It was also nice to spend some quality time together. It doesn't take long for us to lose sight of whats important in life! Evan's always good about making sure it happens which is wonderful of him. I'm so thankful for him and my beautiful, healthy girls. Well I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and welcome to the Holiday season, my favorite time of year.

Still at Susans...Eva didn't want to smile for anything.

The girls watching Elmo and the gang sing and dance.

Eva running around....her hair looks so cute up but she plays with her hair too much to keep it for long.
Ella fell asleep on the way home from Easton with daddy so he layed her here until he got Eva in bed and then got her ready. She was passed out!
Ella with Cookie and Brownie.
Ella got her caricature drawn. Eva wouldn't sit still..well Evan didn't even tried it just based it on assumption.

Ella and Eva with my client Michael...he loves them.
Eva hanging out while Ella gets her hair cut. She couldn't have been happier...sucker and Dora and tractor.
Ella sitting on a pink dragon.

Well I think about everything we did last week and despite me being sick for 3 days we were still very busy! Becky was still here on Monday and we went to a children's museum called AHA but I forgot the camera. We have been there before but its been awhile and the girls loved it..I think we were there for 2.5 hours. Tuesday we went to Babies r us and took some holiday/b-day pics. We have been there before and loved the pics but since my friend Susan usally takes them now I haven't needed to go. Susan has taken some pics of the girls but they weren't really cooperating and thought I could get a few more cute ones. Well it turned out to be the worse expereince ever. The girl working was rude and had no idea what she was doing..we were there for 2.5 hrs. and I had to leave without paying because Ella had to get to school. I went back to pay and then they didn't give me the online information to view them and it has taken me 3 days calling them to get it. Well it still doesn't work because the pics in the album are x'd out. I will continue to try and get the information so everyone can see the pics..they turned out pretty well. On Wednesday we ran errands and had Ella's haircut in the morning...which took a lot of talking into but Ella finally agreed. The girls didn't want to leave the place, it was called Cookie Cutters. Ella only got 2 in. of just to take away some tangles and dead ends. I wasn't feeling well but still went to work in the evening but by the time I got home at 7pm..I was throwing up! Not fun! Surprised I was the one who was sick, usually I get it from the girls but until today the girls have been great. We had just got to a friends house this morning when Ella threw up outside so we are having a movie day. Kind of nice because I worked last night and am kind of tired! Ella doesn't feel too badly...she is still talking a lot. :o) Thursday Evan stayed home from work to help me, I wasn't puking anymore but I felt awful..tired and no energy! Thank God...cause I could have never done it. Friday I had to work my 14 hr shift and did feel a little better but was not looking forward to staying up all night. I took the girls to Mcdonalds to play in the afternoon after school and then Evan took them to Easton for the tree lighting event. They had so much fun and saw lots of mascots including cookie and brownie. I was sad I missed it! Saturday evening we took the girls to see Elmo live...Eva was dancing and screamin and loved it..but was ready to go after an hr. Ella loved it too but sat quietly and contently and watched it. Sunday we did some Christmas shopping...basically for decorations and lights for the house. Next weekend we plan on putting everything up and want to have all of the decorations to do so. We are so excited this time of year is here! Happy Thanksgiving to all....we are all thankful to have each other!
