Introducing!

Brody Jack Lindahl entered the world 8-20-12 at 5pm. He weighed 6lbs 13oz. and was 21 1/2 in. long. Healthy baby boy! Congrats Alana and Jon!
We can't wait to meet him.
Ella and auntie watching tv.

Ella was always sitting right next to Uncle or Auntie.

Or they both were!

Uncle and Auntie took them on a hike early one morning. I was sleeping :o) They all had a great time. If you look real close, Ella's puppy is in her hiking bag. too cute!

Stopped for a bite to eat!

They learned a little also!

And were being goofy! They do that often now.

Can't forget the best part, they ran into some dogs. "The white one was really nice but the darker brown one was scared," says Ella.

Uncle David built some birdhouses and together Ella and him created masterpieces. :o) They did a wonderful job!

More hiking! They girls walked the entire time in the morning and on this hike which was 1 mile long. So proud of them, not too mention they asked each of us to carry them a handful of times. :o)

The girls loved their attic..too bad part of it didn't have a floor. A little dangerous so they didn't get up there to much.

Being silly!

We all went to the pool and most of the time Eva and Uncle chilled by the food.

Ella swimming all by herself....what a big girl!
Eva finally warmed up to the idea of swimming and swam with auntie.

She's trying to dunk me, she did not succeed!

Uncle and Auntie dropped me off to shop while the girls rode rides.

Ella waving at them.

Uncle David was thrilled to have a passenger although not sure how much this passenger liked the ride. She said it was very bumpy, thats it!
Picnic in the park!

Having dinner and as you can tell were being goofy again.

My favorite picture!
Well I had a real vacation this last weekend, one where I come home more rested. The girls and I went to Aunt Becky and Uncle Davids in Tennessee while Evan went to Vegas for a bachelors party. The girls and I left Thursday after dropping Evan off and came home to pick him up from the airport at 6pm tonight (Monday). So we were able to spend 3 whole days there! They are so wonderful to us we all had so much fun. The girls got to spend lots of quality time with them while I slept in, 1 day I slept until 10:15, I can't even remember when the last time I did that. We also drove to Pigeon Forge which is a touristy place about an hour way so I could shop at the outlet malls and the girls could play and ride some rides. We had a picnic in the mountains on the way back. It was a relaxing trip although the girls are extremely tired. They were too excited to sleep and got up early and went to bed later. Oh well we all had a great time and now have plenty of time to rest up at home before school starts next Thursday. Evan also had a good time, althought 3 days in Vegas was way too long he said. Oh well, I guess he missed us! Well no news from the job interview, hoping no news is good news, will keep you all posted. Hope everyone is ready for fall! :o) There's only 11/2 week of August left.
