Busy

She loves to carry around Evan's backpack and occasionally wear it around.

You can see her 2 teeth on the top! Finally.

I'm still a little behind from when we went home to ND so I will just share our last 2 weeks with everyone. On Thursday the 18th Evan had Fun Fest at work, which is a family fair day with kids games/rides, fair foods, parade, and music. We met Evan at work at 11am and had lunch. We let Ella play in the preschool tent, considering she was too young for anything else. She had a great time! She also enjoyed the band music.

She would NOT crawl through this long tube, but loved to look through it.

Friday the 19th we just relaxed, we had ordered pizza and Evan had gotten beer. Well Ella was helping daddy tranfer his empty beer bottles from case to case and than decided she would try to finish off the last little drops of them. It was cute watching her.

Saturday was a beautiful day so we decided to go to Buckeye Lake, which is only 20 min. away. We had never been there before but heard it was nice. Ella loved the sand and the water. I had just bought that swimming suit and hoped that it came clean...she was sure a mess. We had a great day!

Sunday was Father's Day and unfortunately I had to work most of the day. My client is in the hospital so I could go in a little later, take a longer lunch, and leave a litter earlier. Evan and Ella picked me up for lunch and we went downtown to Ted's Montana Grill. It was a beautiful day out again so we sat outside on the patio, it was perfect. I got home around 7pm so we could go for a walk. I hope he had a good day.

Week 22-27
I babysit for my neighbors little girl who is 5. I will be doing it throughout the summer and watch her 3 days a week. Monday was the first day and we were busy running around and going to the pool as was Wed and Thur. Ella seems to enjoy her more this time! They play pretty well with one another.

Tuesday I worked during the daytime at my clients where I could take Ella with me. It is a huge advantage but also a lot of work. Wed. and Fri. evenings I worked also. Good thing I had the weekend off because I was extremely exhausted by Friday.

Saturday we went to visit a co-worker of mine who just 2 weeks ago had a baby girl named Ruby. She now weighed 6lbs 12 oz. and I was scared too pick her up, she was so little. Evan and I enjoyed it and kind of prepared us for another one here in Dec. Ella did not get jealous when I held the baby but did want to touch it and see it a lot. She did have some distractions though, My friend also had a 3 year old boy whom which was entertaining Ella the whole time. After leaving their house we went shopping for awhile and came home. We had a nice relaxing weekend.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th of July!
