She likes to draw now so we put her at the table so she doesn't think she can draw else where. If you look closely she is wearing a pair of new shoes, what a girl!
We had a playdate last week with a friend from work. Will is 3.5 years old but they played together well. They loved to spin in the chair!
Well I survived my busy week of overnights/days. Good thing I don't always work full time I would never make it. Although, when you work overnights and days in the same week it gets you pretty run down pretty quickly. So I am looking forward to the rest of the week and weekend so I can try to catch up on some sleep. Evan is leaving us this weekend to go to a football game in Detroit with a friend. (Vikings vs. Lions). He should have a great time, he did invite us but it sounds like a male adventure we don't want any part of- too much sports. We are happier here at home although I will have to try to find stuff for us to do. Last week we bought a twin bed for Ella and got all of her sheets/accessories for it. I noticed we will need to find some kind of bedskirt because with the rail you can see the boxspring- I don't like that! Well that gives us 1 thing to do this weekend. She hasn't yet slept in it because she is also teething so 1 thing at a time. She still only has 4 teeth but the 2 eye teeth on the top are starting to show through the gums. She had a rough weekend, she ran temps for over a day. Those teeth sure do affect her! In the beginning of the week I started pushing the potty again and she did great until she began to show signs of teething. I than just stopped but she has ran in there a couple times on her own letting me know she has to go, so she is doing wonderful! We are still having warm weather here and I am beginning to hate it. It's fall and it needs to be in the 70's at least. Alright, I kind of think it's the whole pregnancy thing getting to me.
I am now 28 weeks and go to the dr. every 2 weeks. It still seems so far away but before we know it our little one will be here. I will need as much rest as I can get!
