I can crawl!

Ella and Eva were healping Becky make breakfast.

Evan at the Volunteers game!

Ella was in her own little world at the picnic area, she was walking around and finding her own things to do.

Last week was spent catching up with friends since the week before that I worked so much. So it was still really busy but entertaining. Fall is here and I can feel it and I love it. It is my favorite time of the year and out here it is beautiful. There is also so much to do. We love going to all the pumpkin farms!
Eva is still NOT crawling but is so close. She has started to sit up on her own so when I put her down for a nap I usually walk in to find her sitting up and waiting for me. What a big girl! Her hair is getting so long but its stick straight I think Ella's was like that when she was little so I hope hers changes as well. Nothing new with Ella, she is still an angel, for the most part she listens real well and I am proud of that.
We took a little trip to Tennessee to visit Evan's aunt Becky and uncle David. It was about a 6 hour drive not too far but far enough with 2 little ones. We left early Friday and just got back last night. We had a great time! Evan and I went running through trails in a park on Saturday morning. It is so beautiful out there, many lakes, lots of trees and wildlife, and the mountains. So running without the kids in a new place was so much fun. Thanks Dave and Becky for watching the girls! Than we just relaxed and the boys left for the Tennessee Volunteers football game. We went for another walk and let Ella play in the park. Sunday we drove up in the mountains to have a picnic and go for some hikes. It was a busy place to be due to the holiday weekend so we didn't get to do as much as we planned. It was a fun outing though and the girls were great! Monday we left early so Eva would take 2 naps in the car. She was a good rider as long as she had a movie on or she was sleeping. She became restless very quickly without any stimulation. We stopped for a long lunch so Ella could play at McDonalds and than we stopped so I could shop at the outlet malls. Oh I love that place but I didn't get too much shopping in, the girls were tired and so ready to be home. It was fun though! I hope everyone else had a fun and safe Labor Day weekend.

In the pic with Ella and the mink fur: Ella was wearing an old mink fur. It was her great great grandmothers. I thought it was a little disturbing but she loved it.
