Fun times

Ella and Eva lounging in the yard!
Sorry its turned, I'm too tired to figure out why?
Ella going down the slide!
Another daddy picnic, chicken nuggets and a shake! Good thing they got some physical exercise afterwards.
Ella figured out how this piece of equipment works!
Ella climbing up this huge inflatable rocket!
Ella and the fall decorations....Eva was not having it!
Ella with a puppy who did tricks. I left to look around but Evan said the guy made the dog jump on his back so the girls loved that.
The girls riding together! Doesn't last long because they start fighting!
Evan's gigantic beer!
Ella and Eva having dinner (hotdog) and a capri-sun.
mommy and Eva riding, we actually bumped into Ella and knocked her off her cart...oops! We were playing but I always seem to hurt my children. Sorry Ella!
There she goes!

Cuddling on the couch! The girls take turn watching tv...Dora then Scooby Doo.
Look at that cute tiger!
Look how fierce she is!
The tiger is dancing!
What an amazing job! When we got home she didn't fight about washing it off and did it by herself. She did however stress to me that the tiger and Ella were the same person. To cute!
The girls dancing.

Well we have stayed busy and kept the girls fully entertained. We went downtown on Wednesday for Slice of Columbus, which is our Childrens hospital's annual fundraiser. The area pizza chains come together and the people of Columbus vote on the best pizza. So we got to eat as much pizza as we could, oh and Ella would mention free DQ blizzards too. She had choc./choc. chip. (of course, she did!) We all had fun! We had a couple playdates and went for an apple tour at a local orchard where we had a tour of the apple farm, learned about the different kinds of apples and the animals the help apples grow, picked 3 bags of apples, and sampled apple cider. The girls had a great time and Ella found a new love for apples. She ate 3 apples while we were picking them and has had 1 almost everyday since, which is good because 3 bags of apples sure lasts a long time. I acutally did make applesauce which turned out awesome. On Saturday we went to a German celebration (oktoberfest) not sure what they were celebrating but pretty sure it was just beer and weird outfits. We had fun though! It was a free event, the girls played and we drank. :o)Sunday was my all day girls-day which started with momosa's (not sure if spelled right but alcohol) so glorious and then my best friend Jenna and I shopped all day. It was so nice! While I was gone Evan and the girls took naps, watched football, and went to the park for another picnic and some playtime. They had a good time and daddy even did some laundry and the dishes were done so my work at home was completed. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks honey!

sickies

Ella's favorite spot to fall asleep. It's so effective because daddy usually is watching football/baseball- (boring):o)
The Lindahl family at the park!
Eva climbing the monkey bars!
Ella's a big girl, swinging around.
Ella/daddy vs. Eva/mommy - Ella and daddy won, Ella actually did a really good job, many went in the hole.
Eva usually took a extra step closer and we still lost.
daddy took the girls to the park on Friday when I went to work.

The girls hanging on the trails.
daddy packed a picnic (lol)
daddy found a frog one evening and put it in a bucket overnight for the girls, they almost killed it because they were playing with it so much. We released it safetly back into our backyard.
So here is the result of my crafty side! I'm a perfectionist so its challenging hopefully my friends like them and I can start selling them.

Well like I said its fall and we all have colds...ick! So when we are better, its time for the flu shot so we can hopefully stay as healthy as we can all winter. This last week we had a couple playdates and Evan and I had a date night. We went downtown for dinner and a movie. It was a nice change from what we usually do. I didn't work Friday overnight because I wasnt feeling well so the weekend was much more enjoyable. I like not being so tired although I like money too so I will stick with working, I guess. On Sunday we went to church and Ella got blessed into bible school and recieved her 1st bible, she was so excited. She is really into chapter books which is weird because they don't have many pictures but she was excited to get this new gigantic chapter book (bible). Daddy reads to her every night before bed so I guess thats what they will be reading for the next year. Their in good hands!

It's Fall

Eva found daddy's wet hair and was cuddling before daddy went to work one morning.
Go Brownies!
The girls were having a sleepover.
Sammy, Ella, and Eva riding in the car, Ella always says she's going to North Dakota. And yes Sammy is wearing an enormous glove on his hand, he was digging in my garden. ( which was ok b/c I was digging up the corn and weeds so not alot left in there to destroy).
Daddy brought Ella to her 1st buckeye game on Saturday. She was enjoying a hotdog.
Ella was not liking the fact that some random person was telling her to smile.
Smiled for daddy! Go Buckeyes. She had a great time but said it was very long, they stayed for the whole thing bc it was a good game and then tailgated afterwards with some friends.
Ella truckin in to the game. I can't believe how old she looks!
We watched a baby on Monday for a moms club member, didn't know them well but they were in need of help so we helped. The girls wouldn't leave her alone and said they wanted mommy to have a baby......yay.....not anytime soon, if ever :o)

Well the fall weather is here and my house is decorated, and the colors of my house are perfect fall colors, it's beautiful! Now we can't wait for the pumpkin patches/farms, it's always good to have something to look forward too. I have still been working more so really busy hence the reason its Wednesday and I"m just finding the time to update. Oops! We have been trying to be more involved in the moms club events lately so that's kept us busy. Last week we had a new moms luncheon, the kids just get to all play together. The girls enjoyed it! They seem to need to be active otherwise they're fighting and its super annoying. Somedays it seems like all they do is scream and fight and I know this is only the beginning. Awesome! It certainly doesn't help that I have been working more nights which leaves me easily agitated with 0 patience. I have been trying to be as calm as I can and understand that these little phases come and go, so I hope. Anyways Eva is adjusted well to her big girl bed, I couldn't believe how easily that went. Big girl! Potty training is going well as long as I bring her and make it fun, but if she's outside forget it! And she doesn't let me know she has to go but sooner than later we'll get there. Most of Ella's friends are in school now but we will keep her busy by working with her here and getting her to events to help her with socialization. Story time at the library started this week and the girls really enjoyed that so that will be a weekly thing now. I have found a crafty bone in my body and have begun trying to make headbands for my girls and other babies/friends. I will try to remember to post a pic of some of them next week.

Labor Day Weekend

Eva asleep/half off. She now has a bed rail so she can sleep safetly without falling onto the floor.
Ella's team with their trophies.
Ella and her trohpy.
Ella accepting her trophy from her coach.
Ella's team yelling GOOOOOO Yankee's!
Probably the cutest thing ever...the coach told the kids on their last hit of the season to slide into home plate. Well Ella did just that, although it was more like a fall to the ground on her tummy slowly. I didn't think she knew what he meant nor did I think she would remember. We loved it!
Ella playing hopscotch before t-ball practice.
Eva and Uncle before he left last Monday morning! They have been talking about the things they did all week. If we would drive by the park they went to, Ella would say Uncle and Auntie brought us here and we did this and that. She has a great memory!
We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday weekend. We decided to stay home this weekend and get a few things done around the house. 1st job: Eva's crib is now a todder bed; what a big girl. I was so proud of her she stayed in her bed and went right to sleep the first night so she had no problems falling asleep it was staying in bed that was her challenge. We didn't have a side rail so she would roll right out of bed. The first time she cried, the 2nd she just fell and stayed asleep on the floor. So as of now we have a bed rail and she will safetly stay asleep all night long now. Good for her and mommy and daddy! I'm so proud of her! Potty training is starting to come around again, I have to spend a lot of time reminding her, pushing her through play which includes Ella to get her to go and now that she can get out of bed to go she has no excuses. Hopefully its not too much longer, I'm ready to be done with diapers. Eva is at her busiest stage right now where she's into everything and tries to get away with everything, it certainly doesn't help when Ella's there excouraging her. They make quite a team! I worked both Tues and Friday evenings and had girls night out on Wednesday, some friends and I just met at a restaurant to have dinner/drinks. I was busy most evenings but getting away is so nice these days, the girls are sure a handful and I seem like a need a little more time away from them When I get home again I have the energy/strength to handle my crazies! ;o) Ella had her last t-ball game on Thursday and she did a wonderful job, she is ready for it to be done though but said she had a great time and will play again next year. She got her pics back which are adorable, I will try to figure out how to get them on here. She also recieved a trophy that she was very proud of. So we had a relaxing weekend at home which turned out to be not that relaxing because it seemed like we were running around the entire weekend. We started looking for mattresses/bed frames and there were labor day sales at many stores so we tried hit them. It finally feels like fall out here, today the high was 68. I love it, reminds me of ND. Hope its been nice whereever you are.
