G&G Lindahl

Eva copying daddy!
If you look really closely you can see that Eva decided to feed her froggy her breakfast. That froggy sings and moves him mouth so I predict she thought he could chew up her food. Pretty funny!
Tracor pull
Eva's hula hooping skills!
Eva going down the slide with Ella's help.

daddy with the girls at the pumpkin show.

The biggest pumpkins ever...I think! Amazing. 1,436 lbs.
The biggest pumpkin pie!
If you look closely there's a pic of Ella and daddy in the corner of the screen.
This is how Eva fell asleep one day.
Cheese!
Great pic!
I know Eva is really enthused...very tired girlies, they were.

It was a great place..and good thing we had grandmas ipad, it kept the girls busy although that was the last time we saw that handy little pen that Ella lost. We are sorry grandma.
Ella chillin at dance class, her class got a lot bigger. If I remember right there were 6 other little girls there.
Congrats grandpa and daddy! We're all so proud of you. We r missing Dave and Becky, they were their cheerin them on too.
Here's my superman.
Grandma and Ella playing...Ella has her pants on backwards..silly girl!

We had more company last week. Aunt Becky and Uncle David arrived Friday afternoon right before I left for work and when I got home from work Saturday morning everyone was leaving to pick up G&G Lindahl at the airport. They all went downtown for awhile to pick up their race packets and give me time to sleep, which was very much appreciated. The rest of the day was spent visiting and Dave and Becky decided to stay home and watch the girls while the rest of us went to have the pre-game meal for the boys. We all got stuffed, we went to a japanese steakhouse and then to bed early to wake early to go watch daddy and papa run in the 1/2 marathon. They boys both did very well. Evan ran the 13.2 miles in 2hrs. 3 min. (which included 2 bathroom stops) he really wanted to make it in 2 hrs. Mark made it in 2hrs 35 min. which was also very good for him. We then went home and ate a lot of pizza and relaxed from a hard day of running. The week was cold and windy so we had to improvise on our outings. We made it to Thurmans which is a restaurant on Man vs. Food with Adam Richman. It serves really big burgers which was vey good. It was the 1st time any of us were there. We liked it! From there we went to a pumpkin patch but didn't get to stay long because it was closing in an hr. We did what we could and had a good time. Both girls were so tired so going home early wasnt a bad idea. Wednesday I had to work and everyone else headed up to an indoor shopping mall and then met me at Easton after work so I could do some shopping, Mary stayed with me and we had a good time. Thursday we stayed in all day and decided to go out bowling in the evening but we found out it was league night and the kids section was reserved so we just played video games, just enough activity for the day! Friday I had to work at 5 and everyone headed to the Circleville pumpkin show which is a huge vent here in Columbus! They all had a great time despite the chilly weather. Saturday the girls and Evan brought G&G to the airport by 6am so everyone was still in bed when I got home at 9am. We relaxed a lot and went to another pumpkin farm just to get out of the house. It was a new one and we had a lot of fun! We had a great week with G&G Lindahl and miss them lots already.

Family

Our designed choc. bars. Ella made a milk choc. bar with choc. chunks and sprinkles on top, I made a white choc. bar with toffee and milk choc. chips in it and Evan a milk choc. bar with toffee bits and choc. chips. We are unsure if we can actually enjoy them, such masterpieces. :o)
Us on the free tour, it was actually a ride with signing cows and music. It was fun!
Ella and Eva's bars being made!
Daddy and Ella dressed in their factory-get up. Ella thought she was pretty spooky with her gloves on. She had to wear them bc she had nail polish on. They were pretty strict!
The girls in their cute outfits, surprised Eva wasn't screaming there- she hated the hair net.
Oh there's she crying!
Welcome to Hersey's choc. world.
The girls 1st night asleep together and apparently they were little furnaces together.
This is a pic of the Harrisburg capital and especially taken for Uncle David and Aunt Becky. Unsure if you have been here!

The girls enjoying their Saturday morning donuts. I get them on the way home from work for them and look forward to it all week.

Sorry I didn't update last week, Nellie, Tom and Tyler arrived Sunday evening the same time we got home from the Browns game. We have had a busy week and am looking forward to relaxing this week and the girls finally getting rid of their colds. So last weekend we went to a Browns game, it was nice to have some time away from the girls but it was 50 and rainy not the best weather. I was so thrilled I got to wear a poncho, one of my dreams. :o) We literally drove up seconds before Tom and Nellie did Sunday evening and let the kids play awhile. Got the kids to sleep and relaxed for awhile. Monday was rainy and gloomy and the Dolls were tired from driving so we went to library and then to feed the ducks. It was nice day to not have to be running around. Tuesday we went to the zoo and then to Easton after supper, it was busy and with lack of naps was hard on the girls. Wednesday we went to the park and a few shops well actually Tom watched the kids at the park while Nellie and I went to a few stores. Thanks Uncle Tom, you're the best. We took naps and then when Evan got home from work we went out to a pumpkin patch/farm, which Nellie and Tom mentioned was the highlight of their trip. The kids and the adults had a great time. Thursday Tom and Nellie packed up and were on the road by 2pm. It was so much fun to have them here, we miss them already! Evan talked me into going to Pennsylvania bc he wanted to go to a Penn state game and then researched other exciting things for the kids to do so we took off early Saturday morning and drove pretty much all day. We dropped off Evan at the game and the girls and I went to a childrens museum and then picked him back up and were on the road again to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It was actually a pretty shitty town but we stayed in a fairly nice, clean area. We got to the hotel in time for the girls to go to bed. Not a fun day! The next day we woke up and went swimming and then took of for Dutch Wonderland, of course, we had to drive about 40 miles to get there. It was an amusement park for small children. The girls had a great time, although if they would have been a little more rested they would have had so much more fun. Great pics and great memories though! We were there for about 4 hrs and then drove around the Amish farms and saw an old covered bridge. We drove back and the girls quickly fell asleep, we had dinner at a brewery so Evan could enjoy some locally brewed beer. We made it back to the hotel again in time for bed time, the girls were exhausted. Evan actually took Ella swimming again for awhile hoping it would make it easier for Eva to fall asleep but it didn't. They came back shortly and Eva was still awake and they wanted to sleep together so we let them, it was the 1st time and so cute! We did move them when we went to bed bc they both move so much that they would wake each other through the night. We had to queen beds so we each slept with one of the girls, worked out well. We woke up and hit the road again to Hersey, Pennsylvania which was the highlight of the trip for me. Of course, it would be, right! Well it was only about 10 miles away and it was like a huge campus, full of things to do; an arena, an amusement park, factories, gift shops, and other stuff. We took a free tour which both girls loved, very informative and loud with dancing cows. We made our own chocolate bar, which Ella was psyhed about and Eva hated because she had to wear the hair net. And at this point the girls are so far beyond tired its a joke. They cry easily, are crabby, and don't listen. So I'm crabby at this point too but we still have all day to go in the car. It was pretty rough, Eva slept for maybe 1 hr and Ella didnt sleep the entire way home. We got home around 8pm and let the girls run around for awhile while we unpacked. In bed at 9pm hoping the morning wouldn't come forever. Well they were restless last night and woke for good at 8, which was NOT long enough. It usually does take awhile to get back to normal so slowly but surely we will catch up and just in time for Uncle David and Auntie Becky to arrive on Friday evening and G&G Lindahl on Saturday morning. The Columbus marathon is this next weekend where Evan and his dad are running the half-marathon. Wish them luck!
